* WHAT...Surf 10 to 15 feet along north facing shores, except
 for 12 to 16 feet along north facing shores of Kauai and
 Niihau. Surf 8 to 12 feet along west facing shores.
* WHERE...North and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu,
 and Molokai.
* WHEN...Until noon HST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
 will make swimming dangerous.

.Deep tropical moisture will linger over the Big Island trough
 Thursday and bring a wintry mix to the summits tonight.
* WHAT...Light snow and freezing rain showers. Additional snow
 accumulations up to one inch. Light ice accumulations.
* WHERE...Big Island Summits.
* WHEN...Until noon HST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain showers will transition to a wintry mix
 overnight as temperatures fall below freezing. Conditions should
 improve by late Thursday morning.
