rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
county, Kimble.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 849 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Segovia, The Intersection Of I-10 And Us 290, I-10 Near The
Kimble-Kerr County Line and Us-83 Near The Kerr-Kimble County
Line.
- This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 461 and 477.

a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

Guadalupe River at Hunt affecting Kerr County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Guadalupe River at Hunt.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water extends into low areas of the flood
plain. Lower bridges on the north and south fork of the Guadalupe
along highways 39 and FM 1341 become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:20 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon to a crest of 11.0 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.6 feet on 05/24/2015.

Description: At 835 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from 6 miles southwest of Harleton to near
Lindale, or extending from 10 miles northeast of Longview to 10
miles northwest of Tyler, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, White Oak, Gladewater, Lindale,
Hallsville, Big Sandy, Hawkins, Clarksville City, East Mountain,
Liberty City, West Mountain, Diana, Lakeport, New Chapel Hill,
