* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding continues to impact agricultural
land and properties along the river including Dailey Loop,
Caruthers Trace Lane, Lost Creek Rd near Gilmer Bridge Rd, and
portions of the Buffalo River Country Club. Water covers Old State
Hwy 13 south of School House Rd and Gilmer Bridge Rd Lost Creek
Rd which are impassable. Water begins to impact waterfront
properties off E 8th Ave in Leeper Bottom and approaches Cuba
Landing Rd and Squeeze Bottom Rd.

many places. Backwater coming up the Obion and Forked Deer Rivers
has flooded most unprotected land in western Dyer County and the
north bottom of Lauderdale County. Backwater has reached Miston,
Finley, and Four Points. Backwater has nearly reached Lennox,
Richmond Road, and Paw Paw Ridge. Parker Road in Lake County is
flooded. In Arkansas, the road to the grain terminal east of
Blytheville is flooded. Fields inside the levee are flooded in
Pemiscot County, Missouri.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is

* WHERE...Cumberland River at Clarksville.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 50.0 feet, Most agricultural areas along the river
are flooded, as well as many industrial and commercial properties,
Riverfront Park, and adjacent tributaries. Riverside Dr in
Clarksville begins to flood near TN-48, Providence Blvd, Mc Clure
St, and Cumberland Dr. Also impacted are locations near Quarry Rd,
Kraft St near College St and Providence Blvd, Zinc Plant Rd, Salem
Rd, and Seven Mile Ferry Rd. Water approaches athletic fields near
Greenland Farms Dr, and properties on Branch Rd.
At 53.0 feet, Agricultural, industrial, and commercial properties
along the river and its adjacent tributaries continue to be
flooded. Portions of Riverside Dr are flooded between Cumberland
Dr and Providence Blvd and may be impassable, as well as locations
near Quarry Rd, Kraft St at College St and Providence Blvd, Zinc
Plant Rd, Salem Rd, and Seven Mile Ferry Rd. Water is also
flooding athletic fields near TN-48 and Greenland Farms Dr, and
properties on Branch Rd.

* IMPACTS...At 67.0 feet, Flooding continues along the river,
impacting many roads which are impassable due to high water. Near
Dover water is impacting Bellwood Branch Rd, Cross Creek Rd, Frank
Earhart Rd near Mud Hill Rd, and River Rd west of Hwy 79. Water is
also impacting boat launch areas on Colson Rd, Fitzhughs Landing
Rd, Forrest St, and Dyer Creek Rd. Near Cumberland City and Indian
Mound, water continues to impact properties on Atkinson Dr,
TN-149, Wildcat Creek Rd east of Hwy 46, and the ferry crossing.
At 69.0 feet, Flood waters continue to cover many roads and boat
launch areas across Stewart County. Impacted locations include
Bellwood Landing Rd, Cross Creek Rd, Frank Earhart Rd near Mud
Hill Rd, River Rd west of Hwy 79, Hummingbird Hollow Rd near
Antioch Rd southwest of Bumpus Mills, Mud Hill Rd, Mallard Rd,
Lewis Circle Rd, Lee Hollow Rd, Lakeland Dr, Atkinson Dr, and
Wildcat Creek Rd east of Hwy 46. Ferry operations at Hwy 46 may be
suspended at higher levels.
