* WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following
counties, Boyle, Casey, Clark, Garrard, Jessamine, Larue, Lincoln,
Madison, Marion, Mercer, Nelson, Taylor and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 406 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Richmond, Liberty, Danville, Harrodsburg, Lebanon, Stanford,
Lancaster, Springfield, Mccreary and Berea.

rainfall are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Kentucky, including the following counties, in east central
Kentucky, Estill, Menifee and Powell. In south central Kentucky,
Rockcastle. In southeast Kentucky, Jackson, Lee and Wolfe.

* WHEN...Until 715 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or
other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 401 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Stanton, Irvine, Beattyville, Boone, Fincastle, Ravenna,
Pryse, Texola, Shade, Pitts, Crystal, Cobhill, Fitchburg,
Evelyn, Willow Tree, Cow Creek, Pinnacle, Doe Creek, Old
Landing and Leighton.

advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
London, Manchester, Hyden, Grace, Fogertown, Byron, Urban,
Benge, Sidell, Portersburg, Datha, Crawford, Hooker, Malcomb,
Shepherdtown, Royrader, Deer Lick, Fall Rock, High Knob and
Burning Springs.
