Description: A storm system moving across the region Tuesday morning may
produce a brief period of snow and freezing rain across parts of
southern New Jersey, central Delaware and the eastern shore of
Maryland. While any accumulations will be very light, cold road
temperatures may result in very slippery conditions within a short
period after precipitation starts. Anyone with travel plans or
intending to commute to work or school Tuesday morning should use
extra caution and allow extra time.

Temperatures should rise above freezing by midday Tuesday.

to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, southern New Jersey, and
southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the
Tuesday morning commute.
