Ice accumulations around a quarter inch possible at elevations above 2000 feet. * WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Coos and Southern Coos Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 8 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air temperatures remaining below freezing.
