SOuthwest winds shifting to the west later in the afternoon and evening will generally range from 10 to 15 mph, with periodic gusts around 20 mph. Near critical fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon and early evening hours. Any fire that does develop has the potential to quickly spread. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 653 AM CDT Monday, gauge reports indicated rain and snowmelt created elevated water levels and stream flows. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Range Line Creek, Hustler River, Jeanette Creek, Shohola Creek, Wolfpack Creek, Moose River, Legend Creek, Ge-be-on-e- quet Creek, Heritage Creek, Oyster River, Nugget Creek and Portage River. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
